Antonie joined Allianz X as an HR Trainee in February 2025. In this role, she supports the Senior HR Business Partner across the whole employee lifecycle and manages office operations. Prior to Allianz X, Antonie gained experience as a working student in HR roles at Infineon Technologies, contributing to talent management and the PhD Program. Antonie is currently pursuing a M.Sc. in international management at the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on HR Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
