Annika joined the legal department of Allianz X in January 2022. She advises on all legal affairs, with a strong focus on investment and M&A transactions. Prior to joining Allianz X, Annika worked as a M&A and Venture Capital lawyer with a top-tier German law firm. Annika studied philosophy and law in Munich and Berlin. She also holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Münster.
