It is with great pleasure that we announce today the well-earned promotions of four outstanding team members: **Mónica Navas** as **Head of Compliance and Investor Relations**, **María Alonso** as **Head of Finance**, **Alessandro Gambarotta** as **Principal**, and **Andrea Cabanillas** as **Senior Analyst**. Mónica joined Adara’s operations team in 2006, shortly after the launch of AVI. She streamlined investor onboarding and ensured transparency across Adara’s funds and portfolio companies, playing an important role in upholding the company's integrity and ensuring smooth operations. Maria joined Adara's finance team in 2022, taking on the role of Financial Controller. Since joining Adara, Maria has contributed significantly to improving reporting processes and optimising fund management operations. Alessandro has played a key role in shaping the data-driven strategies and thesis-based research that guided the Adara Energy Fund's initial investments. Andrea joined Adara in 2022 as a Visiting Analyst, following the completion of her Dual Degree in Business Administration and International Relations at IE University.
