Krzysztof Berdzik

Krzysztof Berdzik is a Partner and Founder at Accelero Ventures. He holds degrees from the University of Economics in Poznań, specializing in Capital Investments and Corporate Financial Strategies, and Hochschule Für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin. He also completed PhD studies at the University of Economics in Poznań, receiving the Dean’s Award for his research on capital markets. Prior to Accelero Ventures, which he co-founded with the Polish Development Fund (PFR) and private investors, Krzysztof held management and president roles at consulting companies DGA and Creo Consulting, where he focused on strategic consulting and business optimization for international corporations, large Polish enterprises, and startups. He also served as a member of the management board of investment companies BioEn Ventures and Volt.On, managing a portfolio of renewable energy projects and developing companies in the sector as a board member and director of innovation at EneCrops, Acceler.On, iTen, Involta, and Amper.On. He also served as a supervisory board member of the venture capital fund Tredecim Innovation Fund. He is an expert in investment activities, "green" business, strategic management, and process optimization.
