Jacek Musiał

About

Jacek Musiał is a Managing Partner and Founder at Accelero Ventures. He graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics in Poznań. Jacek has extensive experience in managing and supervising investments in the renewable energy and ICT sectors, as well as consulting in investments, business development, and M&A. Throughout his 25-year career, he has gained experience in HR management, product development, and strategic management. From 1995 to 2006, he worked at DGA SA, starting as a consultant and progressing to Vice-President of the Management Board. In 2007, he co-founded CREO Consulting Sp. z o.o., specializing in M&A and capital investments, particularly in renewable energy, energy, and pharmacy. In 2012, he founded BioEn Ventures BMV Sp. z o.o. SK, focusing on renewable energy investments. From 2016 to 2019, he was a Member of the Management Board and Managing Director at XTRF Management Systems SA, part of the Experior Venture Fund (VC) portfolio.
